Microelectronic Engineering Special Edition submission site is open.

• - As in previous years all paper authors are eligible for submission to a Special Edition for full papers in Microelectronic Engineering
• - The papers should contain 50% more data than in the MAM abstract (minimum 4-6 pages for poster/oral)
• - Submit using the same paper title
• - Submit at Editorial Manager® - http://ees.elsevier.com/mee/
• - Select "VSI MAM 2025" as article type-All papers will be peer reviewed
• - Submissions will be accepted until end September 2025
